The cottage, an old farm barn conversion, includes five bedrooms and three bathrooms and is mainly on one level, set in very large peaceful grounds. Ideally located just one mile outside the seaside town of New Quay and a 10 minute walk to the Cardigan Bay coastal path. Also only a pleasant 10 minute walk to the local pub (Penrhiwllan Inn) at the end of the lane which serves a large selection of great food and drink.
